TAMPA, Fla. — All lanes of Interstate 75 North were reopened near the Bruce B. Downs Boulevard exit after a fatal crash Friday.
A single vehicle crashed at mile marker 271, and the lone occupant, a 43-year-old Lutz man, died at the scene, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Troopers said the 1999 Isuzu Trooper had a blowout and went off the outside shoulder, and when the driver tried to get back onto the road, the vehicle overturned.
